The Veronica Campbell-Brown Foundation was officially launched in May of 2010. Since its inception, board members have been working diligently to set the wheel in motion to fulfill its agenda. So far, we have apportioned scholarships to young girls in the Jamaican high school system and we are looking to not only expand the scholarship pool but to also establishing an effective mentorship program.
We are proud to announce that our girls are performing exceptionally well in their academic endeavors as they have, in this their first year in the scholarship program exhibited performances outweighing their efforts last year at a similar juncture on the academic calendar. We are excited about our task and will continue to positively impact the life’s of as many young girls as we can.
A big thank you to all the Foundation’s board members whose passion and dedication speak through their work. Let us continue to inspire tomorrow’s women, today.
